Jana joined ATP Fitness in 1999. Jana has experienced
first hand the positive life altering changes that come from adopting
a fit and healthier lifestyle. Her commitment and passion
has allowed her to share with others these same wonderful and powerful
benefits of health and fitness.
Jana has been involved in
health and fitness for the past 8 years. During this time
Jana has had the opportunity to Manage a sports club and perform
marketing for Gold's Gym. Jana's focus has been and
remains a fitness expert. Whether it is in small groups or one-on-one
Jana
loves to motivate and guide people to experiencing a higher quality
of life.
Jana understands where "real life" and science
meet. As
a mother and fitness expert, Jana understands the challenges each
of us confront in our daily lives. Balancing "life" and
the desire to improve in health and fitness is Jana's expertise.
By utilizing
a clear understanding of the principles behind exercise science
and
applying
them to
the everyday challenges we face, Jana can maximize anyone's time
as effectively as possible to get them to the goals they desire.

through a hybrid resistance training and Pilate's
program. As a certified GRAVITY trainer Jana is very excited to
